Our class spent a lovely afternoon in Helensburgh, which is near Loch Lomond, feasting on food in the warm sun in Helen's garden and then went for a walk.

There may not be green beer but it's one hell of a night!
Took a road trip around Scotland with Tony's sister Frances. Visited: Glencoe, Loch Lomond, Glen Etive, Fort William, Glenfinnian Viaduct, Isle of Skye, Inverness, Loch Ness, Northern Peninsula, Carbisdale Castle, Aberdeen, St Andrews, Edinburgh.
Frances came up from England where she was staying with her boyfriend to take a little tour around Scotland with us. August 2006.
V's good friend Alex came to visit for a weekend where we explored a nearby park with many highland cattle. Also spent two weeks with our good friend Kyla and travelled to the Isle of Mull for a rainy few days. Also survived my first placement!
Kyla stopped by during her tour around Europe to pay us a visit! Spent a lovely few days on the Isle of Mull, off the west coast of Scotland which this album focuses on. Also spent a rainy day in Edinburgh, had lots of fun times in Glasgow, and finished off the visit with a wonderful week in Southern Ireland. Thanks Kyla :)

V's good friend Alex came to visit for a couple days. Was great to see her after so long! We took her to Pollokshaws West so she could see highland cattle. Spent the day there walking around the river. Everything is so lush and beautiful now.
Spent a day here with Veronica's mum and dad when they were visiting. It was kind of like a mini-Edinburgh; A small town with a nice castle to explore. Stirling is about 1hr northeast of Glasgow.
Rainy Glasgow?, crossing roads, bar fights, parks, second Edinburgh trip
In about one hour tonight I think I may have seen more real-life violence and drunken debauchery than my whole life in Canada. You can see drunk people every day but it's only on weekends when the real crazys come out!
More settled into life in Glasgow. our first trip to Edinburgh, New Years Eve, and exploring the Cowal Peninsula & seeing hairy coos!

Recent Activity Veronica commented on " Our Wedding - July 3, 2010": The ceremony was at Spanish Banks beach followed by the reception in V's parent's garden. We really couldn't have asked for a better day, it was absolutely perfect! The weather held out, the food was delicious, and the company even better. It was so nice to have our closest family and friends all together to help us celebrate! And thank you so much to all those who flew out, it meant the world to us!!! (let us know if you want any of these pictures)
note: there are many more pictures up on our photographer's website (you can also order photos through her):
